If you do an improper job or there is a failure, Land Rover’s extended warranty will not cover this modified engine. If you don’t keep up with routine maintenance on your vehicle, then Land Rover also will not cover issues with your powertrain. If you replace or modify any part of the powertrain with non-Land Rover components, then that also will be excluded. This does make sense and seems fair to be excluded. 

Land Rover’s extended warranty offers roadside assistance. Just like its standard limited warranty, this is a 24-hour toll-free hotline that will help you anywhere in the United States. This includes help with flat tires, fuel delivery, jump starts, and similar issues. You get free towing to the nearest Land Rover retailer or one within 50 miles of the closet retailer. A Land Rover technician will come to assist you and will have access to any parts you need. It also offers a trip reimbursement feature if your vehicle breaks down more than 50 miles away from your home. 

You can be reimbursed for a car rental if your Land Rover is being repaired. This is even included outside the United States, which is an excellent feature. 

However, your car will only be serviced by a Land Rover technician if you are a reasonable distance from one. This could result in you needing to tow your car, but you will get reimbursed for these expenses since a technician could not reach you. 

There is a great deal to like about this extended warranty. The long life keeps you secure and covered for the majority of the time you will own your vehicle. The warranty is transferable should you choose to part with your Land Rover, which increases its resale value.
