On today's installment of Drive Wire, The Drive discusses the news that VW and U.S. authorities could reach an agreement on how to deal with Volkswagen A.G.'s vehicles powered by 3.0-liter diesel V6 engines as soon as October. According to Automotive News, Audi's global head of sales and marketing says talks are going along swimmingly between the two sides in regards to finding a solution for the 85,000 Porsche, VW, and Audi vehicles in the United States equipped with the errant turbodiesel motors.
