There are 400 acres of trails and three lifts that allow you to enjoy five beginner trails and six intermediate trails. You can also enjoy the uncommon experience of night skiing.

Old West Days

A rodeo gives you the chance to see authentic ranchers showing off their skills. Take a stroll down traders’ row for plenty of shopping and art available for sale. Check out the Mountain Man Rendezvous and learn a bit about the town’s history with tipis, tomahawks, and other reenactments from the fur-trade era. 

Snowmobile Hill Climb

The impressive Snow King rises 1,500 vertical feet above Jackson. The snowmobile climb course is a route that goes directly up the face of the mountain at a 45-degree angle. This event is a race to the summit. There are several categories and multiple races to watch. Contestants that reach the upper lengths of the course and lose it can end up tumbling hundreds of feet back down the mountainside. 

Plan to be active as a spectator. Some of the best vantage points are high up. Thankfully, there’s a lift that can take you up to the best viewing points. When you head back down the mountain, there are plenty of vendors to browse. 

Teton County Fair

For over 65 years, people have gathered each summer for the Teton County Fair. Attend, and you’ll enjoy nationally recognized musicians perform, pig wrestling competitions, a car race on a figure-eight track, and rodeo events. There are even pony rides and a petting zoo for the little ones. Camping is available on site with and without electricity, making it easy to experience this event in your RV.
