Big news out of Geneva – there’s a brand-new Aston Martin! The DB11 is here, and it is absolutely drop-dead gorgeous. Although we’re tempted to just shut up and let you look at Marek Reichman’s lovely, lovely design, but there’s too much to talk about. Everything on the car is new, from the bonded aluminum chassis to the Mercedes-Benz sourced electronics. Power comes from a twin-turbo 5.2 liter 12 cylinder engine, which uses cylinder deactivation to run as a straight-six while cruising. When it’s going full chat, the DB11 pumps out 600 horsepower and 512 foot-pounds of torque, which yields 60 in well under four seconds. And have we mentioned it gives you fits just looking at it? But prepared to shell out some serious cash – the DB11 will run you around $212,000 dollars when it arrives later this year.

Sporty news out of Chevrolet today – there’s a new Corvette Grand Sport. The legendary track-based Corvette returns with a bunch of tasty goodies for 2017. The Grand Sport keeps the Stingray’s 6.2 liter 460-horse V8, but adds a lot of other go-fast components like magnetic ride control, an electronic limited-slip differential, and carbon ceramic brakes. Add sticky Michelin pilot super sport tires and you have an un-beatable track package. Collector’s Edition Grand Sports will get a special Watkins grey metallic paint treatment with the traditional fender stripes in a color Chevy is calling Tension Blue. We know it’s a Corvette, so there will definitely be collectors all over it, but we hope this model, more than any other, actually gets driven.

Keeping up with Geneva trend – Lamborghini celebrated the 100th birthday of company founder Ferrucio Lamborghini by unveiling the Centenario, a 759-horsepower, all-carbon-fiber shard of V12. The monstrous power is transferred to all four wheels and is complete with stability-boosting rear-wheel steering. Lamborghini intends to make only 40 of these, 20 coupes and 20 roadsters, and is going to ask 1.9 million for each one. We doubt they’ll have any problems selling all 40 of them.

Turning to gear, we bring the concert to your backyard with the Soundboks, which claims to be the world’s loudest portable speaker system. The Soundboks boasts 119-decibel capabilities, a 30-hour battery life, and resistance to rain, shock, and dirt. Looks like it’s ready for any party you could throw, and of course, the volume knob goes to 11. It’s in Kickstarter now, so get in on the ground floor before it starts shakin’.
