Follow Your Dreams To Porsche Passion
Film “A Flat 6 Love Affair” showcases Bart Kuykens’ twin passions for Porsche and photography

There are those who would not understand our passions as Porsche enthusiasts, those who would fail to comprehend the camaraderie that comes from a shared passion for the brand. Bart Kuykens is not one of those people, he's been a Porsche fanatic since he was a young child, and now has the car he's always dreamed about. This film depicts the love he has for his car and the flat 6 that powers it, the shared enthusiasm that he and his younger self have for the shape, the driving experience, the sound. A lifetime spent shooting in black and white has distilled Bart's eye for detail down to the basest of desires. An unfettered early 911 with simple yet beautiful curves. It's hard to argue with him. Get the picture? Get the Porsche.
All the better, Bart managed to get the legendary Jeff Zwart to do the voiceover for his film. It's only two minutes long, and there is some gorgeous slow-motion imagery there. You owe it to yourself to check it out. You'll get it.
