# Watch This Golfer Win a Porsche Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo with a 170-Yard Hole-in-One

Hitting a hole-in-one is really, really hard. Hitting one in the middle of a professional [golf tournament](<https://www.thedrive.com/news/11582/blimp-catches-fire-crashes-at-u-s-open-golf-tournament>) with TV cameras and spectators all staring at you—even harder. And hitting one with a brand-new [2017 Porsche Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo](<https://www.thedrive.com/porsche/12863/is-porsches-panamera-turbo-sport-turismo-the-greatest-wagon-ever>) on the line? Flop sweat city.

But apparently none of that fazed German pro golfer Marcel Siem as he strode up to the 17th hole at the Porsche European Open in Hamburg, Germany on Saturday. [Porsche promised the keys](<https://www.golfdigest.com/story/watch-european-tour-pro-make-hole-in-one-and-win-porsche>) to the Panamera to the first man at the tournament to hit a hole-in-one on the 170-yard par-3, setting up a giant backdrop behind the tee with the words "It always seems impossible until it's done."

Siem took that phrase to heart and responded in dramatic fashion, hitting the ball *straight into the damn cup.* No bounce, no roll, no rim—a bonafide slam dunk. As you might expect, the German was more than a little excited, doing a little victory jig and high-fiving everyone in the crowd. The British announcer has the best reaction out of everyone, simply stating "Well, he's done it."

Then again, maybe we shouldn't be surprised, because this is actually the *second* time Siem has managed to win a car with his incredible aim. In 2014, Siem sunk his second shot on a par-4 at the Nedbank Golf Challenge in South Africa to win a Volvo V40 T5. That's a sound car-buying strategy if we've ever heard one.
