# 230-Piece Craftsman Tool Kits Are Deeply Discounted to Just $99 Right Now

Complete tool kits under $100 always catch my attention, and right now Amazon is discounting some nice-looking Craftsman sets by as much as half off. If you're getting into DIY hobbies or are looking for a backup set to keep in the car, one of these might be a great grab. Also, it could make a perfect gift!

Craftsman tools are still a solid value in 2025. Modern ones might not be quite as hearty as their American-made predecessors from the Sears days, but they still offer good bang-for-your-buck. I have enough modern Craftsman gear in my own garage that I'd use anything from them with confidence.

That 50%-off deal on the stackable drawer-style case is the best tools-per-dollar deal, but for junk yard runs or a kit to leave stashed in your trunk, this 159-piece suitcase-style kit might be the move.

Two other items that might be worth a look while this sale is going on are this [Craftsman 262-Piece Mechanic Tool Set for $149](<https://www.amazon.com/CRAFTSMAN-262-Piece-Mechanic-VERSASTACK-CMMT45309/dp/B0CNKXHGZT/?tag=drive09e6-20&th=1>) (normally $249) and [this drill and impact driver combo for $99](<https://www.amazon.com/CRAFTSMAN-CMCK200C2-V20-Tool-Combo/dp/B07K2KN7D7?>) (normally $144.53). That's got a bag, two batteries, and a charger, so you're good to go right out of the box.
