On Wednesday, *[CarsDirect]()* reported a lease deal for the Ioniq 6 SE for only $239 per month with zero money down. That program makes the svelte EV among the cheapest leases in the United States, for a car that was good enough to win [*The Drive's* Best EV](). ***Updated Friday, March 22, 2024, 11:26 a.m. ET:** Hyundai spokesperson Miles Johnson confirmed to* The Drive *after publication that the Ioniq 6 lease deal is real. "This program was launched on Tuesday morning and is effective through April 1st, 2024," Johnson told us, adding that "this is a national incentive program. We are working quickly to get the new incentives on HyundaiUSA.com." Official details on the program can be found below.* This is a slam-dunk deal for anyone shopping for a car, electric or otherwise. The Hyundai Ioniq 6 is a sleek-looking sedan with an estimated 321 miles of range and tons of interior space. The entry-level Ioniq 6 SE only comes with a single, rear-mounted electric motor making 225 horsepower, so it might not be ideal for customers in cold-weather climates, but at $239 per month, it's certainly worth a look. ![]() ![]() ![]() There was some confusion on the deal's availability prior to now, as it wasn't listed on Hyundai's North American site as of Thursday afternoon, and *The Drive* reached out to several Hyundai dealerships that each denied the existence of a no-money-down deal altogether. We now have confirmation from the automaker that the program has been active since March 19 and will run through April 1, and here are the official details, including some information on another offer for the [Kona Electric]() that takes the subcompact SUV as low as $169 per month over two years, albeit with $2K due at signing. **24MY IONIQ 6 (SE/SEL trims)** - All new: HMF \[Hyundai Motor Finance\] 12k Featured 24-month lease term RWD: - SE RWD - HMF 12K Lease - $239 per month for 24 months with $239 due at signing. - SEL RWD - HMF 12K Featured Lease - $349 per month for 24 months with $349 due at signing. Before now, the best lease promotion Hyundai had been advertising was still very reasonable at $249 per month, but it required $3,499 down. There's also a $199 per month deal on the Hyundai [Ioniq 5]() SE, but that calls for $3,999 down. One way or another, Hyundai offers some attractive lease deals on its class-leading EVs.
