Following some teething issues, community backlash, and quick post-launch adjustments from Turn 10 Studios, Update 2 includes a serious brace of over 200 bug fixes, gameplay tweaks, a new track, and 12 new cars. Here’s the bad news: The new track is [Yas Marina](), home of the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The good news? One of the new cars is the [Gordon Murray T.50](), in its first-ever video game appearance. Of course, we’re all familiar with the T.50: It’s a manual transmission, 12,000-rpm V12 revival of everything that made the McLaren F1 special, and it's indisputably one of the coolest new cars sold today. Instead of spending over $2 million on the real one, you'll be able to experience it in [*Forza Motorsport*]() for a much more agreeable sum, and a little bit of your time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sDzTKWAYhT8 While you can drive the T.50 now, you can also wait a couple weeks and get a 30% in-game discount between December 7 and 14. In fact, several of the new cars added to *Forza* will have a week-long spotlight to help players get into them. There are a few more interesting rides added to the game alongside the T.50, like the 2017 Mazda MX-5 Cup, which fits in well with the new game's whole competitive focus*.* Still, a few more hypercars join the roster in the new update. It has been massaged slightly to reflect the real-life changes made to the track in response to criticism from F1 fans about raceability. This is the first time the new Yas Marina has been featured in a title outside of the official F1 series. Things still look rocky over at Camp *Forza,* but the pace of bug fixes and new content shows that the team is trying. If the *Motorsport* reboot really is to be the sort of live service racing sim that grows and improves over years, Turn 10 can't let off the gas with updates like this. *Got a tip?
