Lamborghini appears to be teasing a new record set at the Nurburgring with its new, not-yet-released, lightweight, ultra-aggressive Huracan.

A video uploaded to the Lamborghini YouTube page Friday shows 30 seconds of Nurburgring Nordschleife b-roll, shots of a camo'd Huracan test mule, a clip of a timer, and the words "Now prepare for the highest experience." All of that combined sounds exactly like a Nurburgring record lap time video teaser.

It should be no surprise that Lamborghini has set a new ultra-quick lap time at the 12.9-mile Nordschleife. The car in the video looks to be the new [Huracan Performante](<https://www.thedrive.com/news/7734/lamborghini-teases-huracan-performante-using-new-material>), which is expected to be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show. The new supercar will be about 90 pounds lighter than the normal all-wheel-drive Huracan, have a re-engineered transmission, a new aggressive active-aero setup, and will pump out more power than the 602-horsepower base model. Also, Lamborghini R&D Chief Maurizio Reggiani has previously said that the car is [faster around the 'Ring than the 740-hp ](<https://www.motoring.com.au/geneva-motor-show-huracan-performante-fastest-lambo-ever-105604/>)Aventador SV, according to Motoring.com.au. Just a reminder: that car lapped the track in 6:59.73 seconds—just over two seconds slower than the Porsche 918 Spyder.

Either way, only time will tell. Lamborghini says official word will drop on February 23. So hang tight.
