Rumor has it that Chevy will be debuting the [2017 Camaro 1LE](<https://www.motorauthority.com/news/1102249_2017-chevrolet-camaro-1le-coming-to-chicago-auto-show>) at the Chicago Auto Show this weekend. The high-performance package is expected to add some suspension modifications while continuing to utilize the hard-hitting 6.2-liter LT1 V8 found in the Camaro SS.

The long anticipated [2017 BMW B7 Alpina](<https://www.thedrive.com/news/2087/the-new-2017-alpina-b7-is-one-big-badass-bmw>) is coming and, yes, is it a monster. Thanks to BMW’s semi-in-house tuner, this 7-series BMW undergoes a heavy transformation to become a 600-horsepower autobahn destroyer, capable of hitting 60 mph in 3.6 seconds.

Fuel prices are low, and a new report from Bloomberg indicates it’ll [stay that way for the next decade](<https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-02-08/world-s-largest-energy-trader-sees-a-decade-of-low-oil-prices>). Hardly surprising to hear that [luxury truck sales are skyrocketing](<https://www.forbes.com/sites/jimgorzelany/2016/01/25/the-best-selling-luxury-cars-are-now-pickup-trucks/#505af09064d1>), and maybe it’s not as [shortsighted as we thought](<https://www.thedrive.com/news/1423/americas-getting-gas-price-amnesia>).
