I’m starting out with some smokin’ deals on EDC pocket knives from BladeHQ for this week. I’ve tried to hit a few different price points and a couple of different styles as well. First up is the Kershaw Trace With Black Polymer Grips And Tiger Stripe Blade for just $19.99. This is a great knife for 20 bucks, it looks unique and is totally functional while still being kind of stealth.
If you want something a little lighter and brighter, the Spyderco Resilience is a great folder, especially on sale for $95.00, also from BladeHQ. And, if you really want to turn some heads every time you whip it out, we’re still talking knives, how about some titanium and carbon fiber? The Kizer Manganas Grazioso Frame Lock Knife is a deal I’m having trouble ignoring at $139.99. This is normally a $200.00 flipper knife with a frame lock and bearing pivot.
OK, enough with the knives. There’s a mini toolset from Topeak which is suprisingly useful as well as some Rite In The Rain pens that will, as the name suggests, write when wet or dirty. There’s also some Tifosi glasses that I am currently testing for a review a little while down the road. Speaking of reviews, you should check out my review of the Coast Slayer Flashlight and if it sounds good, but is more than you want to spend, there’s this Coast HX5R 620 Lumen Rechargeable LED Flashlight with Slide Focus for $28.00. I’ve tested a few Coast products and I’ve liked all of them.
There’s also a bag to carry all your EDC gear in. I normally prefer a sling or some sort of shoulder bag like this over a normal backpack. Although you sometimes can’t beat a normal backpack, I’ll keep my eyes open for deals. Lastly, I’m completely nonfunctional if I’m hungry. Jerky is basically the perfect EDC snack. Chomps don’t melt; they’re good for a long time, and they’re individually wrapped.
