In case you were unaware, Restaurant 356 is Porsche's upscale dining experience located on the second floor of the Porsche Experience Center in Atlanta, Georgia (PEC ATL). Their head chef is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, worked in the kitchens of Le Meurice, and has studied under three Michelin Star-awarded chefs. Needless to say, Porsche has an excellent kitchen and an excellent menu.

Being that Coca Cola is so inextricably linked with Porsche, primarily as racing sponsors for numerous seasons on the flanks of Bob Akin's 962s and 935s in IMSA racing, and secondarily as they both have their North American headquarters in the Southern economic capital of Atlanta. To honor the connection with Akin and Coca Cola, Restaurant 356 has put together  four-course prix fixe meal that is inspired by Coca Cola flavors. The meal is only available on selected non-holiday Fridays through November and December, and limited seats are available, so make your reservation now if you're so inclined.

Appetizer: Coke-poached pear and locally sourced mixed lettuce with grilled herb goat cheese and Meyer lemon Fanta Orange vinaigrette

Fish Course: Pan-seared salmon with blood orange Sprite glaze, wasabi mashed potato, and baby golden beets

Entrée: Coca Cola Classic Braised Beef Short Rib with gremolata, cipollini onion, risotto, and broccolini

Desert: Old-fashioned Cherry Coke Float with cherry ice cream and Vanilla Coke

Restaurant 356 says:

Special cocktails are also available. The four-course Grande Cuvée COKE prix fixe is $75 per person, not including cocktails. Reservations are required; reserve your spot for the first dinner on Friday, November 4 now!
