In its top specification, the seven-passenger crossover will sell for $144,000. The Model X can travel 257 miles on a charge, tow 5,000 lbs, get to 60 mph 3.2 seconds, and will scare/impress your neighbors with its trick double-hinged "falcon" rear doors. Prospective owners may now make a $5,000 deposit to reserve their Model X. But should be prepared to wait a year before they can get their hands on it. Paypal is, of course, accepted.
