Michael Horn is stepping down as CEO of Volkswagen Group after spending six months as CEO during the company’s emissions scandal. Horn is leaving during a significant slump in US sales and during negotiations with environmental regulators to fix 600,000 US vehicles.
If you were always interested in buying a new Porsche but couldn’t afford it, today is your lucky day. Porsche has announced that their 2017 Macan crossover will start at $47,500 for the 2.0-Liter turbocharged four-cylinder. Although the Macan will have a modest 252hp, reports indicate the crossover will still hit 60mph in 6.1 seconds.
Ram is cooking up a monstrous Ram 2500 concoction and although we don’t know what it is exactly, the bumper removal and lift kit hint at something with a taste for off-road. Since Ram already makes a trail-oriented Power Wagon, we can only hope that this puppy is a test mule for something with a Hellcat drivetrain.
