Drive Wire: Porsche Unveils Specs on 911 Turbo and Turbo S
The new 911 Turbo and Turbo S are coming and boy are they going to pack a punch. With 540 and 580 horsepower respectively, the Turbo will blast to 60 mph in 2.9 seconds and the Turbo S will do it in 2.8 seconds. Thanks to the increase in horsepower and improved suspension options the Turbo will push the needle to 198 mph while the Turbo S tops out at 205 mph. Unfortunately, these rear-engine monsters will cost you a pretty penny, the Turbo will start at $160,000 and the Turbo S will start at $189,000.
